Resolve Data is an IT Company, offering a wide variety of services to a wide variety of audiences. Every business needs structure, security and order to their network, but most lack to internal know-how to be successful long term. The challenge of considering the User Experience is to encompass all of those potential markets, and make it clear where to go on the site.
Persona: Insurance
In order to properly layout the website, an examination of the persona of the desired customers would have to come first. Who are the customers?
• What do they like?
• What is most important to me them?
• What are some of their pain points?
• What do they need most?
With a more comprehensive view of the customer, and what their values are, the website User Experience Design should reflect and appease their values.
